Nautic Property Consultants is an RICS-regulated property and construction consultancy based on Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman.

We help people moving to the Cayman Islands buy, build and look after property with confidence. Before you buy, we can check the property’s condition, confirm what it is worth and advise on any risks. If you are building or renovating, we manage the costs and the project for you. Once you own the property, we can provide insurance valuations and manage it for you.

Our clients include private buyers and families, developers, banks, insurers and government. We work across Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman, as well as Jamaica, the Turks & Caicos Islands and the wider Caribbean.

Our team are chartered surveyors with more than 25 years’ experience in the Cayman Islands and Ireland. We are members of RICS, CIOB, CILA and CIArb.
